Postdoctoral Fellow in Theoretical and Computational Chemistry

About the role:

  • Salary - Level A: $69,341 - $92,453 pa (+17% super) 
  • Fixed Term - Three years  
  • Full-time

The successful applicant will play a key role in driving the surface chemistry activities at UNSW Canberra.  The successful applicant will pursue method development, implementation and applications of potential energy surface generation for atomistic simulation of adsorbate–crystal surface dynamics.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have strong scientific programming and computational skills
  • Have a sound understanding of chemical dynamics
  • Have a PhD in chemistry, physics or a related discipline
