Cellvax is an innovative service provider that accelerates drug development. Composed of a team of scientists and experts in biotechnology, Cellvax puts its know-how and capacity for innovation at the disposal of public and private laboratories, engaged in particular in research against cancer and osteoarthritis.
Cellvax is recruiting post-doc researchers in Biotechnology, capable of conducting preclinical studies (GLP and non-GLP).
The tasks to be performed are:
• Conduct studies under GLP conditions: implementation, writing procedures, conducting experiments (in vitro and in vivo), recording data, analyzing statistics, writing study reports;
• Develop in vivo and in vitro study models in various fields (oncology, osteoarthritis, ophthalmology);
• Contribute to the installation for GLP laboratory with our Quality Consultant;
• Contribute to the management of the storage, ordering materials, laboratory traceability.
• Regulatory knowledge.
Profile:
- Competence in molecular biology techniques (nucleic acid extraction, RT, qPCR …), cell biology (primary culture and lines, analysis …), biochemistry (WB, ELISA, ELISA …), animal experimentation;
- Experiences in animal experiments are greatly required (Level I or II certificate) – in vivo injection techniques, organ removal, surgery (microsurgery is a plus), animal welfare;
- Knowledge of the GLP regulatory environment;
- Experience in project management;
- Personal qualities: autonomous, rigorous, team work, etc;
- Fluency in both English and French.
