Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Assistant to work under the supervision of Professor Veronique Gouverneur on a project aimed at the development of Novel 18F-Radiochemistry for Positron Emission Tomography. This Oxford Cancer Imaging Centre (OCIC) funded post is available for a period of 6 months. Applicants should be available to start work in Oxford as soon as possible after 1st August 2013.
Applicants should either already have a PhD in Organic Chemistry or a related subject area, or have submitted their thesis prior to taking up the post. The applicant should have expertise in organic synthesis and/or catalysis and be willing to carry out 18F-Radiolabelling experiments.
