Postdoctoral position in basic science laboratory to participate in renal physiology research. The postdoctoral researcher will perform studies in mice, including already-generated knockout models, to examine the roles of this kinase network in the regulation of electrolyte homeostasis and blood pressure in vivo. In addition, the lab performs in vitro studies using the Xenopus oocyte co-expression system and mammalian cells, as well as biochemical approaches, to further dissect this kinase signaling pathway. Preparation of manuscripts for publication and design of further experiments will be expected. All postdoctoral researchers attend and actively participate in research and reading conferences held in the lab, division and department. Job Requirements
Required:
