Postdoctoral Fellow

The postdoctoral fellow will be responsible for performing general molecular biology methods in the laboratory which includes but is not limited to mammalian cell culture, western blotting, quantitative PCR, and amplification and cloning of bacterial plasmids. Expertise with helping to maintain a mouse colony would be helpful but not mandatory. The postdoctoral fellow will also be expected to maintain a clean workspace, maintain laboratory results in an organized manner, and comply with all institutional safety regulations. Finally, the postdoctoral fellow will be expected to assist in the preparation of data for submission of manuscripts and/or grant applications.
