The Department of Biological Sciences at Columbia University in the city of New York is seeking applicants for a Postdoctoral Research Scientist position from 12/01/2013 to study the functional connectomics of the worm c. elegans.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates are expected to have a PhD in Neurobiology and Behavior or related field, and to have established an ability to do independent research.
Experience with molecular genetics and microscopic imaging techniques is required.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in anatomical techniques is a plus.

Salary commensurate with experience.
