A postdoctoral position is immediately available in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology, Section of Neuroradiology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center at Houston. The main goal of our research is to perform functional MRI (fMRI) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) for pre-surgical planning for brain tumors. The postdoctoral fellow will be involved in participating in a multicenter fMRI clinical trial and will perform fMRI analysis.

Highly motivated candidates with a recent Ph.D. in Physics, Cognitive Neuroscience, Computer Science, Biomedical Science, or Engineering are encouraged to apply. The applicant should have experience with functional MRI(fMRI). Experience with transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a plus but not required. Ideal candidates should have strong background in medical imaging, computer skills and matlab. The qualified candidates are expected to work independently and as part of a young dynamic team, with good written and oral communication skills.
