Job Description
Postdoctoral positions are available in the fields of cancer therapy and diagnosis, stem cell biology, and regenerative medicine at the University of Oklahoma. Our group has established expertise in phage display, nanotechnology, stem cell differentiation, nanomedicine and biomaterials. The successful candidates will have an opportunity to work on cancer diagnosis, cancer therapy, cell-materials interaction, stem cell differentiation, and tissue regeneration using nano- and bio-technological approach and at the interface of nanotechnology, biomaterials, biology, and medicine. The ideal candidates are expected to have a PhD degree in the areas of chemistry, biochemistry, biology, biomaterials, or medicine and have research experience in at least one of the following areas: phage display, cancer biology, neural differentiation of stem cells, induce pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), nanomaterials, nanomedicine, immunotherapy, exosomes, biosensors, cancer biomarker detection, miRNA and tissue engineering.
