1.获得国内外知名大学博士学位； 2.发表高水平论文多篇，其中包括以第一作者在所研究领域权威期刊或顶级会议上发表论文1-2篇； 3.获得博士学位三年以内； 4.年龄不超过35周岁 • Get a doctorate degree from famous universities at home or abroad.; • Publish a number of high-level papers, including 1-2 papers as the first author in authoritative journals or conferences in the field of research; • Get a doctorate degree for less than three years; • No more than 35 years old. |

薪酬 Salary |
1.全职博士后至少18万元/年；外籍博士后：3-5万美元； 2.学校提供博士后公寓； 3.优秀者可竞聘正式编制教职。 1.Full-time post doctoral: 180,000 RMB or more; Foreign postdoctor: US $30,000-50,000. 2.The post-doctoral apartments are provided； 3.Excellent candidates may compete for full clerical positions. |
