Position Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to arranging and providing EHS relevant training courses and building up the EHA system.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Assist school labs in establishing experimental hazards analysis (EHA) systems, and support to maintain the risk management.
·Develop lab-related safety training courses based on the type of hazards analysis from EHA.
·Assist in maintaining the safety training management in MOODLE and provide related training.
·According to the requirements of the provincial education department, assist labs in improving safety instructions, and providing related safety consultation.
·Assist the EHS office in organizing lab EHS-related drills and exercises.
·Responsible for coordinating the communication and documents related to various government EHS authorities.
·Coordinate with all relevant departments on campus to ensure the effective implementation of relevant national EHS policies and regulations and the EHS requirements of Technion.
·Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required Job Specifications:
·Required qualification: bachelor degree with background in chemical, environmental, training education or other related fields.
·Required Work Experience: Familiar with safety training skills and can provide professional training independently.
Required Job Competencies
·Familiar with office software with good text ability;
·Language skills: fluent in Chinese and English;
·Organized and responsible candidates are preferred;
·Work conscientiously and have strong teamwork sense.
