上海科技大学依托物质学院筹建创办了具有国际影响力的材料科学期刊，因工作需要，面向社会公开招聘编辑岗位。

1. 参与高水平稿件的组约、初审、编辑工作；
2. 负责录用稿件定稿、各方沟通及稿件校对生产和出版工作；
3. 负责专家数据库的更新与维护；
4. 负责期刊微信、网页等电子媒介的更新与维护；
5. 有助于期刊发展的各项宣传工作；
6. 其他协助主编、编委团队的各项工作。
1. Participate in soliciting contributions, manuscript checks and chasing, and administrative and editorial support to address journal needs;
2. Be responsible for coordination with production staff regarding publication of manuscripts; primary point of contact for authors, reviewers and editors;
3. Be responsible for the update and maintenance of the expert database;
4. Be responsible for the update and maintenance of electronic media such as journal wechat and webpage;
5. All kinds of promotion work helpful to the development of journals;
6. Other duties as necessary to assist the work of editor-in-chief and editorial board.
1. 热爱学术期刊出版事业，良好的中英文写作和表达能力，良好的敬业精神和团队协作意识；
2. 有开阔的科学视野，了解编辑出版与科学传播的现状及发展趋势；
3. 具有较强的学术敏感性、与科学界保持良好沟通的能力；
4. 具有博士学位，海外留学经历和较强的相关科研背景从优。
1. Interest in scientific journalism; strong communication skills and sense of teamwork;
2. Experience in scientific publishing and evaluation of scientific work;
3. Good and fast grasp of the main aspects of scientific publications; Ability to network and communicate within the research communities;
4. PhD in Chemistry, materials science etc.
