主要责任：
辅助8位PI进行采购及财务类工作，需要谈判有竞争力的价格，执行实验室材料、服务和设备的订单，以及处理发票。确保订单及时交付，并做好采购记录，以帮助制定预算。
要求：
1.硕士及以上学历
2.具有良好的中英文沟通能力及责任感
3.有海外留学经验，或有生物医学及采购方面的工作经验者优先
4.能够积极寻找高质量的实验室供应商

2. Job Purpose
Responsible for negotiating competitive prices, executing orders of laboratory materials, services and equipment and handling invoices. Ensuring timely delivery of orders and keeping records of purchases to help budgeting.
3. Main Responsibilities
Negotiation with sales agents and purchase of laboratory reagents, consumables, services and equipment (40%). Handling advance payments and invoices (40%). Maintaining records of purchases and interacting with finance office with relevant matters (20%).
4.Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed for the Job
Master’s degree or above. Master’s degree or above. Fluency in communication both in Chinese and English. Strong sense of responsibility.
Desired experience: overseas study experience, previous experience in biomedical sciences or procurement.
