We are looking for an enthusiastic structural biologist to join my laboratory to perform single particle analysis research on CRISPR complexes (see Zhang et al., Mol. Cell 2012). This is in the framework of a productive collaboration with the White laboratory, St Andrews University. The project will be carried out at the University of Edinburgh, a vibrant research environment that enjoys state-of-the-art facilities for structural biology.

The candidate should have or will shortly obtain a PhD in structural biology or a related discipline. Experience in electron microscopy and single particle analysis would be an advantage, but is not essential. The post is for up to 2 years.
