We work at the frontier of protein biology associated with the newly discovered, regulatory functions of aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases and their related human diseases. Our laboratory provides a multidisciplinary, highly interactive working environment with extensive expertise of biochemistry, molecular biology and genetics, cell biology and X-ray crystallography.

• Proficiency and knowledge of current literature
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong publication record
• Able to work independently, to develop collaborations and to build a positive environment, taking initiatives for the benefit of the whole laboratory
• A PhD degree in Structural Biology and X-ray crystallography
