研究生学历,博士学位 1、国内外著名大学材料科学与工程学科（含材料学、材料物理与化学、材料加工工程）或其他相关学科博士学位获得者，且具有在国外大学或研究机构进行博士后研究2年以上经历，一般年龄不超过40岁（Doctoral degree in Materials Science and Engineering or related fields from prestigious overseas or Chinese universities, more than two years of postdoctoral experience in prestigious overseas universities or research institutes, and preferably under the age of 40）；2、已取得一定科研成果，并体现优良科研潜力，须满足下列条件之一（Proven records of outstanding achievements and potential in scientific research, and also fulfill at least one of the following requirements）：（1）以第一作者发表多篇高水平学术论文（Published more than two first-author high impact research papers）；（2）取得相应科研、学术奖励称号（Winner of related research or academic awards）；（3）在发明创造、科技成果转化、技术创新、解决重大、重要工程关键技术问题等方面取得可认定的成果（Accredited achievements in scientific and technology innovation, technology transfer, or solving key technical problems of significant and important programs）； 3、熟练的英语能力和良好的教学能力（Fluent in English, as well as passion and excellence in teaching）； 4、中组部“青年人才”入选者优先考虑（Recipients of the national “Young Thousand Talents” program will be considered with preference）。 |

| 1、开设本科生和研究生课程（Teach undergraduate and graduate courses）； 2、开展科研活动（Establish vigorous research programs）； 3、监督并指导研究生科研活动，指导本科生学习（Supervise graduate student research and advise undergraduates）； 4、积极开展国际科研合作（Participate in the international research collaborations）。 |
