Professor Zhifeng Zhu and his research group are currently working on the theory and modeling of emerging spintronics devices and circuits including MRAM, oscillator and bioinspired computing devices. 1、研究助理需要微电子，物理等相关领域的学士或者硕士学位；
2、有MRAM、spintronic oscillator, artificial neural network等领域的相关工作或者项目经历者优先；
3、有良好的物理和编程基础，及英文能力。
