A Research Fellow position is available in the Division of Developmental Biology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Research Foundation in Dr. Rashmi Hegde's lab. The current areas of research in the Hegde lab are 1)molecular pathways in organogenesis and 2) dysregulation of developmental pathways in cancer with emphasis on control of angiogenesis with small molecules.
Recent Ph.D. graduates with an interest in studying molecular mechanisms of developmental and pathological angiogenesis, and the effect of small molecule modulators on these processes are invited to apply. Previous experience in mouse models of vascular development, tumor studies, and mechanistic biochemistry would be preferred.
