University of Maryland School of Medicine - Baltimore, MD POSTDOCTORAL POSITIONS are available to study the molecular physiology of ‘hERG’ CARDIAC POTASSIUM CHANNELS , and their role in inherited and acquired HEART DISEASE , at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. or equivalent in Physiology (or a related field) and have experience and/or a strong interest in molecular biology, protein chemistry, patch-clamp electrophysiology and advanced fluorescence imaging. One of the positions will have a focus on stem cell physiology.
