The successful candidate will undertake investigations of neuronal behaviour in the context of human neurodegenerative diseases and to develop and refine in vitro disease model systems integrated onto multielectrode array cell culture substrates. Innovative and novel approaches will be implemented with the purpose of furthering understanding in the field and generating data and tools to benefit an international community of scientists. You will be responsible for the analysis of multielectrode array data and for liaising with hardware and software engineers to develop a prototype fully-integrated multielectrode array data collection and analysis platform.
