The Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Law is an Institute of the Max Planck Society, which is Germany’s most successful research organization. The Institute in Luxembourg conducts research in the areas of European law of civil procedure, international litigation and arbitration and dispute resolution in the financial markets.
The position:
The senior research fellow will conduct postdoctoral research (own publications and contribution to common research projects), particularly in the field of public international law and international procedural law (including European law, and all kinds of international arbitration), while playing a central role in undertaking and developing team-driven projects within the Institute and in partnership with international collaborators.
