Job Description

The research projects include: 1) enhancing antitumor immunity by recombinant proteins or antibodies (Am J Cancer Res. 7:1714-1723, 2017; Molecular Cancer Therapeutics, 15(10):2413-2421, 2016; Cancer Research. 71:61-67, 2011; 2) preventing and treating autoimmue diseases by proteins, embryonic stem cells or induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)-derived cells (Stem cells. 27:3012, 2009; Blood. 118:3410, 2011; Journal of Clinical Investigation. 122:3552, 2012; Stem cells and Development. 23:1491-500, 2014; Scientific Reports. 5: 9882, 2015; J Autoimmun. 58:36-47, 2015; Br J Haematol. 175:505-516, 2016; Stem Cells Transl Med. 6:121-130, 2017; Cell Immunol. 322:84-91, 2017; Frontiers in Immunology.9:2657, 2018) ); and 3) improving T cell regeneration after bone marrow transplantation (Journal of Immunology, 186: 1915, 2011; Transplantation. 92:516, 2011; Plos ONE 8(12): e82998, 2013; Immunology. 144:245-253, 2015). Candidates should have PhD, MD/PhD, or MD. A strong background in Cellular & Molecular Biology and previous research experience or training in immunology (especially in hybridoma techniques), and mouse models is preferred.
