Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research associate based in the Gurdon Institute to work with Professor Daniel St Johnston and Dr Sean Munro (MRC-LMB) on the development of new reagents for super-resolution imaging of polarized secretion and the Golgi in Drosophila. The project is a collaboration between groups in Cambridge, Yale and Oxford to develop new super-resolution microscopes for live imaging and is funded by a Wellcome Trust Strategic Award. Applicants should have a PhD in the life sciences. Experience in molecular biology, cell biology and microscopy would be an advantage.
