Job Description
A post-doctoral researcher position is immediately available in the area of high frequency integrated circuit design at the University of California Davis. The postdoctoral researcher will be responsible for the design, layout, and characterization of integrated radio frequency transceivers for medical radar application. The initial employment will be 1 year with opportunities of extensions, depending on the researcher’s performance and the availability of funds.Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical skills
• Deep experience in analog and/or radio frequency integrated circuit design in Si CMOS/BiCMOS
• Familiarity with high frequency measurement techniques
• Good communication skills
